Description: 

This public screening of the documentary 13th by director Ava DuVernay will be followed by a panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Ivan Douglas Hicks with experts Dr. James Kilgore, Dr. Terri Jett, Dr. James Dix, III, and Marshawn Wolley. The audience is invited to be part of a public conversation about the impact of mass incarceration on Indianapolis communities. The film screening begins at 2pm with the panel discussion following at 4pm.
